• How do you clean and maintain the dresses?
  When a rented dress is returned to us, it is cleaned and inspected for any needed minor repairs. Next, we replace any missing rhinestones that may have fallen off while the dress was in use.
• What forms of payment do you accept?
  We accept PayPal, Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover.
• Can I reserve a dress in advance for a competition, dancing, or skating event?
  Yes. You may reserve a dress six (6) months in advance. You will need to complete the Dress Request Form (PDF) and Try-on / Reservation Agreement (PDF).
• I have a competition dress that I want to sell, would you be interested in buying it?
  This is a request that we may consider. First, we would need detailed photographs of the dress. Then, we will consider taking a closer look at the dress.
• Are any accessories included with the rental price?
  Yes. Some of the dresses include bracelets, hair ornaments (single use), necklaces and earrings. We can provide you with photographs of the accessories when applicable.
• What if some form of damage happens to the dress when I rent it?
  If the dress gets a stain or a tear, please just share the information with us. Do not try to clean the dress yourself unless we agree to it. Spray tanning stains, and lotion tanning stains are the exception. Showering prior to wearing the dress usually removes most of the fake tanning residue and will prevent the dress from being damaged. If a dress is damaged because of tanning stains that can’t be removed with cleaning, you will be responsible for the cost of the dress.
• How can I be sure I will get the dress when I need it?
  You will identify the date that you need the dress to be delivered and the delivery location. FedEx is the shipping service that we use. We will email the tracking information to you that will include the delivery date and approximate time of delivery. Someone will need to sign for the package. You will also receive the completed return shipping label.
